Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Lombok. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for :
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction
Lead and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams, including scheduling and performance management
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met
Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly
Coordinate staff training and development to maintain a high-performing team
Work closely with the head chef and bar manager to develop menus, promotions, and events
Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations
Report regularly on restaurant performance to management
Qualifications
Able to work full-time and on-site in Gili Air
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in F&B
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus)
Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, including budgeting, inventory, and staff supervision
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
A team player with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
