Building and maintaining long-term relationships with farmers and partners 🌱🤝
Agility in communication to effectively interact with organizations or individuals, while balancing and fostering the dynamics of each relationship 📞💬
Ability to manage relationships with competing farmers 👩🌾👨🌾
Leading technical development colleagues in the Local Technical Team 👩🔬👨🔬
Conducting surveys and land mapping 🗺️ and recruiting partner farmers 🤝

Job Requirements:
Min. S1 in Agronomy, Crop Protection, or Biology 🎓
Max age: 35 years old 👶
Min. 5 years of work experience 💼
Mandarin speaker is a must 🗣️
Familiar with pest and disease organism handling 🦠
Familiar with land mapping tools (GPS, topographic) 🛰️
Familiar with harvest scheduling concepts 📅
Familiar with MS Office and other software 💻
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members 👥
Willing to be placed in Lombok, NTB (preferably domiciled in Lombok) 🌴
Certification in: GMP, GAP, HALAL, HACCP, FSSC, HSE (Min. 1) 🏅
