We are a private investor focused on sustainable innovation and marine resource development. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to lead our groundbreaking 3D sea farming project based in Lombok, NTB, Indonesia.
*About the Role*
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the research, pilot implementation, and commercialization of an innovative 3D farming system that integrates marine species like seaweed, fish, and crustaceans. The role requires collaboration with local communities, government agencies, and international partners to revolutionize sustainable aquaculture in Indonesia.
Key Qualifications:
- Male candidates (Indonesia citizen)
📚 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marine Biology, Aquaculture, Environmental Science, or related fields.
💼 2-3 years of experience in aquaculture or marine project management (senior-level candidates with over 5 years of experience are also welcome to apply).
🌍 Strong knowledge of sustainable aquaculture practices, including Integrated Multi-Trophic Aquaculture (IMTA) and seaweed farming.
🤝 Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
