Join our Team as Procurement Specialist (Lombok based)
ESA Sampoerna Group is seeking a Corn Commodity Procurement Specialist, based in Lombok. Below are the responsibilities and qualifications for the role:
📋 RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish terms of purchase.
Analyze market trends to develop procurement strategies that optimize costs and quality.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement needs and specifications.
Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all procurement activities.
Prepare and present procurement reports to management, highlighting cost savings and supplier performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to foster collaboration.
🎓 QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong experience in Corn commodity trading.
Willing to be placed in Site - Lombok (West Nusa Tenggara).
Priority will be given to candidates domiciled in Lombok or West Nusa Tenggara.
