Some of your duties will include:

This role will play a critical role to providing technical design, assessment, recommendation and strategic direction for Mining and Non-Mining operation/projects that direct correlate with geology, geotechnical and civil projects. This position will communicate for site wide purpose regarding all aspects that relate with Geology/lithology, Slope stability, Hydrogeology/Hydrology, Earthworks civil and other priority list projects that required supported by Geotechnical/Hydrogeology/Hydrology on it.

Provides strategic direction and leadership to all Geology/Geotechnical service functions.
Coordinate and working with site wide leadership team for all priority projects relate with Geotechnical assessment, Hydrogeology/Hydrology, Slope stability and ground improvement.
Coordinate with Exploration team for any additional requirement support from Geology aspects discussion and study under company.
Managing budget/cost for Mining and Non-Mining projects.
Deliver Mining target tonne as Budgeted both for Waste rock and Ore.
Managing with user area (site wide) for priority project under AMMAN include calculate for cost, equipment requirement, job requirement and timeline for completion.
Responsibility for all earthworks (civil) activity site wide include design, planning and scheduling.
Responsible for preparing Budget for Geology and Geotechnical area for Mining and Non-Mining projects.
Responsible for managing cost allocation actual vs plan.
Propose and manage section budget and spending as per company policies to achieve efficient operation.
Responsible for development Budget/cost for Mining and Projects.
Review budget/cost and identify improvements.
Undertake negotiation for budgets and financial plans with relevant groups and individuals in ways that build commitment to the plans.
Manage departments budget, identify issues and improvements.
Creates and implements policies and procedures that result in optimum effectiveness, productivity and operating cost.
Propose new procedure (if required) to ensure effective and efficient Departments performance.
Establishes systems to ensure that the organisation's continuous improvement processes are communicated to all stakeholders.
Develop effective mentoring and coaching processes
Identifies Consider areas for further improvement when undertaking future planning.


What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor/ Master/ Doctor’s Degree in Mining/ Civil/ Geology/ Geotechnical/ Geophysical;
Have +15 - 18 Years’ experience in Mining industry and Project Earthwork (civil), with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role as Manager Mine Geology and Geotechnical;
Influenced experience with Engineering, Operation, and Finance aspects; Proven track records with Mining activity incorporate with Geology and Geotechnical aspects; Leadership experience in field and office working area;
Familiar with : project management concept; concept of Earthworks movement include Equipment; slope stability model, rock mechanism, Geology, Hydrogeology/Hydrology concept; cut off concept in hard rock mining and radar systems in monitoring slope stability in mining area; costing and Budget development.
Understand and demonstrate skill : in Mining Operation, Earthworks project, Geology and Geotechnical; in Geotechnical, hydrogeology/hydrology incorporate with rock mechanism (general);
Minimum requirement for National candidate holds certification of POM (Middle Operational Supervisor) 
Strong leadership and team management skills; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate
