Requirement :
1. Sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented candidates within the hospitality and tourism industry.
2. Experience in developing job descriptions.
3. Conducting interviews and coordinating to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
4. Strong understanding of hospitality and tourism industry roles and requirements.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
6. Able to relocate to Mandalika Kuta, Lombok
