Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Architecture
Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture design, with 2+ years experience in managerial or leading role
Proven experience in handling medium to large scale projects including commercial building, villa, resorts, and other hospitality structure.
Proficient with design software such as Revit, AutoCad, SketchUp, and other industry standard tools.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring team member.
Excellent communication and presentation skill, capable of conveying technical information effectively to stakeholder or client with no architecture or engineering background.
Fluency in English, both oral and written.
Experience with bamboo design is highly regarded.

Responsibilities:
Develop and mentor the architectural team.
Oversee design process from initial concept to completion, ensuring the design is align with regulatory standard, client needs and meets the safety and security aspects.
Check and approve architectural work
Monitor the design timeline and ensure it carried out according to the plan.
Specifying the requirements for each project, adapting plans according to circumstances.
Provide regular reports to CEO and other division heads.
Collaborating with internal and external parties to ensure the project completion meet the timeline.
Acts as the primary liaison to client or potential client.
