Attending and conducting daily line-ups, including cross-departmental briefings when necessary. Supporting internal meetings and contributing to department planning, especially in budgeting and performance tracking.
Taking part in employee recognition and guest activity programs by collaborating with the HR department. Encouraging team motivation through reward and recognition efforts.
Supporting diversity and inclusion efforts, involving students in operations, and assisting with sustainability initiatives across the property.
Organizing and managing guest recognition programs, ensuring that events like birthdays, anniversaries, and return visits are celebrated appropriately.
Making sure guest preferences are collected, updated, and stored in the property's guest information system (XCY), and shared accurately with related departments.
Developing new recognition programs that focus on enhancing guest loyalty and experience by paying attention to individual preferences.
Coordinating with departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to make sure guest preferences are implemented consistently and seamlessly.
Supporting banquet, wedding, and other special events to ensure guest recognition practices contribute to the overall success of the event
Requirements
Minimum diploma education level and fluent in English.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably 5 star hotel.
Strong communication and leadership skills, able to work under pressure with attention to detail.
Familiar with guest management systems and general computer literacy.
Good time management, multitasking ability, and friendly personality with a service mindset.
Preferably has a hospitality degree, knowledge of hygiene and safety, and ability to handle multiple requests at once
