Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the company’s accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
Coordinate with external and internal auditors during audits.
Lead and develop the accounting team, providing guidance and training.
Assist in financial forecasting and cash flow management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations.




Qualifications

Experienced working as Finance Manager (Hotel Industry) minimum 2 years. 
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (D3-S1 preferred)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles,financial reporting,and tax regulations
Proficiency in accounting software.
Excellent analytical,problem solving,and leadership skills.
Good attitude, highly committed, and able to work as a team.
