We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Engineering Staff to join our team at Sikara Lombok Hotel. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of civil, electrical, and mechanical systems to support the hotel's operational and maintenance needs.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of hotel facilities

Assist in civil works such as minor construction and structural repairs

Handle electrical troubleshooting, lighting systems, and power supply issues

Maintain mechanical systems such as plumbing, pumps, AC, and generators

Work closely with the hotel team to ensure safety, functionality, and efficiency

Respond promptly to repair requests and emergencies

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field

Proven experience in hotel or building maintenance is an advantage

Good knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems

Able to work independently and in a team

Willing to be based in Kuta, Mandalika – Lombok
