🔹 About the Role
Direct & manage all group, transient, and catering/banquet sales activities to maximize hotel revenue.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs & develop new sales strategies.
Analyze guest needs, guest mix, and competitors, then recommend appropriate product/service & operational changes.
🔹 Your Skills & Experiences
🎓 Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management
📊 Minimum 5 years of Sales Management experience OR 2 years in a similar capacity with proven records
💻 Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PMS (especially Opera)
