Key Responsibilities:
Support the establishment of company's newly develop hospitality venture
Assisted with commercial negotiations and contract structuring with company's interest in mind
Dealing with business partner, government institutions, and other third parties in relation to the establishment of the newly develop hospitality venture.
Analyze trends, competitor activity, and gather client feedback to continuously refine product offerings and sales strategies for existing business.
Work closely with the related department to make sure our offerings remain competitive and relevant to market needs.
Develop strategic plans and execute initiatives that consistently meet or exceed sales targets and company objectives.
Provide report and feedback to stakeholder.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in related discipline.
Minimum 5 years experience in similar role.
Expertise in complex deal negotiations.
Ability to develop compelling value propositions and communicate the advantage and benefit of collaborating with the company to prospective business partner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in a multinational environment, collaborating across teams.
Proven track record in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within hospitality industry.
Strong network among global hospitality brands is highly regarded.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
