AYANA Hospitality is excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and driven Sales Manager (JSO) at AYANA Komodo. This role is crucial in developing and managing sales strategies to maximize revenue across our resort while ensuring an excellent experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing the Sales and Promotional Marketing Plan to drive business growth
Possess a strong understanding of the hotel's products and unique selling points (USP) across the three properties
Forecast, analyze, and report sales and profit results while staying updated with market trends and competitor information
Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in Jakarta and Tokyo Sales Offices and follow up on leads
Achieve 10 sales calls per week, including sales calls, site inspections, entertainment, and other sales-related activities
Actively source new accounts, develop existing ones, and manage assigned markets to meet the hotel's yield objectives
Collaborate on promotional activities with wholesalers and manage wholesale contracting for respective markets
Ensure smooth communication with hotel departments for group arrangements and attend trade shows, conventions, and promotional events as needed
Guide and coach Sales Executives and Sales Associates, ensuring adherence to hotel grooming standards and compliance with the Employee Handbook and service standards


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the hospitality industry
Proven track record of achieving sales objectives and driving revenue
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
