Reception Supervisor at Villa Tokay Resort, Gili Air
Villa Tokay Resort is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our team.
This key role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supporting the Guest Relations Manager during their working days, and fully covering guest related duties during their days off. The reception Supervisor also works closely with the Floor Supervisor to ensure smooth operations across departments. Your responsibilities:
Act as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and well cared for throughout their stay.
Manage guest inquiries, special requests, and swiftly resolve concerns to maintain high satisfaction.
Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Coordinate closely with the Floor Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, and spa teams to ensure guest needs are met.
Assist with breakfast service, room service, and special requests to maintain exceptional service standards.
Handle guest concerns during the Guest Relations Manager’s absence, ensuring positive outcomes.
Support and guide the guest relations team, fostering teamwork and maintaining service standards.
Oversee closing procedures, ensuring pending requests are completed, payments are processed, and operations are ready for the next shift.
Prepare detailed end of day reports summarizing guest feedback, service updates, and key operational notes for the Guest Relations Manager.
Key qualifications:
Proven experience in a guest relations or hospitality supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.
Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
