Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
At least 1-2 years of experience as an IT Support professional, handling both hardware and software issues
Must be domiciled in Sumbawa or willing to relocate
Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of IT systems
Domicile at Sumbawa-Batu Hijau
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for both hardware and software
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment
Offer assistance with software applications and network problems
Ensure the smooth running of all IT infrastructure
