ZENTIDE IS HIRING – AGRONOMIST MANAGER
At Zentide, we are revolutionizing agriculture through tropical seaweed-based biostimulants that enhance soil health, improve crop yields, and reduce reliance on chemical fertilizers. Our work empowers farmers, strengthens ecosystems, and paves the way for a more sustainable agricultural future.
We are seeking an Agronomist Officer to lead on-ground research, farmer engagement, and field trials, ensuring our innovations drive real impact where it matters most.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct soil & plant sampling to evaluate Zentide biostimulants
- Design and manage demo plots (demplots) for various crops and soil conditions
- Work closely with farmers to monitor crop & soil improvements
- Organize training, field demonstrations, and workshops on sustainable farming
- Provide technical support and follow-up for long-term adoption
- Collect and analyze field data to support product development
- Collaborate with sales teams & agricultural stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, or related fields
- Minimum 1-year experience in field trials, research, or advisory services
- Experience working with smallholder farmers or agricultural sales teams
- Strong knowledge of biostimulants and sustainable agriculture
- Expertise in data collection and analysis
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Passionate about sustainability and empowering farmers
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team
- Willing to travel extensively across Lombok and other agricultural regions
