Key Responsibilities :

Guest Relations 

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay
Customize guest experiences by understanding their preferences and providing tailored recommendations
Reservations Management

Oversee all reservation processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Implement best practices for managing online bookings and inquiries.
Team Leadership

Lead and train a small team of hospitality professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery
Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellence.
Communication

Maintain clear and timely communication with guests, villa owners, and team members.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Operational Excellent

Collaborate with villa owners to enhance property presentation and guest satisfaction
Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance to optimize pricing and occupancy rates
 
Qualifications :

- Luxury hotel experience, preferably in a managerial role.

- Strong understanding of reservations systems and front office operations.

- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.

- Proficient in e-commerce and digital marketing strategies
