About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Sikara Lombok Hotel as a Front Office Supervisor on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to all guests. The role is based in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.
What you'll be doing
Supervising and managing the front office team, including scheduling and overseeing workflow
Handling guest queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Ensuring accurate room availability, reservations and guest check-in/check-out procedures
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators for the front office
Providing training and development to front office staff to continuously improve service levels
Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the front office area
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a front office or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with guests
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to juggle various responsibilities
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Proficient in using hotel property management systems and other relevant software
Fluency in English and the local language
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing memorable guest experiences
