We are seeking an experienced Engineering and Construction Manager to lead the maintenance, construction, and operational integrity of our resort.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing engineering and construction operations within 5-star hotel resorts or luxury properties in Indonesia. 🏨🔧

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering and construction management within 5-star hotel resorts or luxury properties in Indonesia

✅ Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

✅ Deep understanding of Indonesian construction standards, building codes, and property management systems 🏢

✅ Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office 💻

✅ Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English 🗣️✍️

✅ Strong leadership and team management capabilities 👥

✅ Familiarity with Lombok or similar remote resort locations is highly desirable 🌄
