Working Location : Site Based - West Sumbawa
Working Schedule : Regular working days 5:2 (Monday-Friday)
Some of your duties will include:
To ensure quality, safety, and compliance in maintaining civil, painting, piping, and plumbing systems
To develop and implement preventive maintenance programs that minimize downtime and extend system lifespan
Serve as the subject matter expert in preventive maintenance for civil structures, painting, piping, and plumbing systems.
Design and implement facility-specific preventive maintenance programs, ensuring alignment with operational and safety requirements.
Provide expert technical guidance to maintenance teams, resolving complex issues across civil, piping, painting, and plumbing disciplines.
Lead inspections and quality audits, ensuring maintenance activities conform to internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and continuously improve quality control procedures, promoting reliability and efficiency in maintenance operations.
Manage non-conformance issues, guiding teams to implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with applicable codes and standards, including local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety guidelines.
Develop and facilitate training for maintenance personnel, enhancing skills in preventive maintenance, QC processes, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare detailed system condition reports, offering actionable recommendations for ongoing maintenance and future improvements.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance operations, and compliance documentation, supporting audit readiness and data-driven decision-making
What skills and experience do you need?
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in quality control or maintenance, with at least 5 years in similar role, focus on civil, painting, piping, and plumbing preferably in industrial setting or facilities maintenance.
Be able to develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies for civil, painting, piping, and plumbing systems
Demonstrate the capability to perform and continuously improve maintenance quality inspections and audits, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, manage non‑conformances through corrective actions, deliver technical training, and produce accurate condition reports and records to support reliable, data‑driven maintenance planning
Be able to maintain comprehensive maintenance and inspection records, ensuring traceability and compliance documentation
Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of positions; poses relevant technical inspector certificate
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate
