Operational Manager
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functionality by managing staff, monitoring budgets, maintaining quality standards, and prioritizing guest satisfaction across departments such as front desk and housekeeping, with a focus on operational efficiency and profitability.
Key responsibilities and skills:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent English, verbal and written
Report all matters to the owner or director
Manage housekeeping, engineering, security, and inventory teams
Manage budgets
Train, motivate, and supervise staff
Prepare financial reports and understand budgeting and financial processes
Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
