A unique resort located at Gili Trawangan is urgently looking for candidates to fill below positions :
FRONT DESK AGENT (Daily Worker)
With the following qualifications:
Previous experience in a Front Desk or Guest Service role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation system.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guest.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are a plus.
Flexibility to work various shift, weekends and holidays.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to address guest concerns and issues promptly.
