About the role

We are seeking a Front Desk Assistant to join our team at Sikara Lombok Hotel in Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat. This is a contract position that will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for all who visit our hotel.

What you'll be doing

Warmly greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure
Efficiently checking guests in and out, handling payments and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
Responding to guest inquiries and providing information about the hotel's facilities and local attractions
Handling guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Maintaining the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized and well-stocked
Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service
Adhering to all hotel policies and procedures
What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests of diverse backgrounds
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in English and the local language
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
A friendly, professional and customer-oriented attitude
