We are Hiring! Chief of Staff

About Us

At Coral Catch, we’re more than a team—we’re a sisterhood. We’re a passionate, all-female crew on a mission to restore our oceans and empower women to lead the change. We work together to create sustainable impact through our scholarship programs, research & restoration projects and collaberations. With every effort, we’re creating a legacy, and now we’re looking for a driven and inspiring Chief of Staff to join us in making that vision a reality.

The Role

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and dive deep into an impactful, meaningful role. As our Chief of Staff, you will be the glue that holds our initiatives together, ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and empowering our program managers to lead their projects. You will partner closely with our CEO to shape strategy, secure funding, and make big decisions that drive our mission forward. This is a hands-on role where your influence will reach far and wide across Coral Catch and beyond.

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing Collaborations: Coral Catch thrives on strong, meaningful partnerships. You’ll play a key role in cultivating new collaborations and managing existing relationships, ensuring all projects are aligned with our mission and goals.

• Managing Communications: Keep the entire Coral Catch team connected and informed—both internally and externally. You’ll help tell our story, ensure key messages reach the right audiences, and keep the flow of information smooth and efficient.

• Empowering Program Managers: You’ll support and guide our program managers, empowering them to lead the charge on our scholarship and research & restoration projects. You’ll ensure they have the resources and support they need to drive results and make an impact.

• Strategic Support: Work directly with our CEO on long-term planning, goal setting, and strategic decision-making. You’ll play a key role in the direction of Coral Catch and will be integral in helping us grow and scale.

• Fundraising & Securing Funding: Partner with the CEO to develop funding strategies and secure the resources we need to continue our life-changing work. You’ll help us build and maintain relationships with donors and supporters.

Who You Are

This isn’t just a job—it’s a calling. We’re looking for someone who is deeply aligned with our mission and driven by a passion for the work we do. You’re a natural communicator, an excellent strategist, and a supportive leader. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to work independently, with a clear sense of purpose. You’re someone who feels that their work should be meaningful and impactful—and you’re excited to be part of something bigger than yourself.

You are...

• Someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

• A strong communicator who can inspire others and keep everyone on the same page.

• A problem solver who loves turning challenges into opportunities.

• Someone who is highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities with grace.

• A team player with an empowering leadership style who thrives in a collaborative, all-female team.

• A self-starter who is motivated by purpose and the chance to make a real difference.

• Experienced with strategic planning and fundraising, ideally in the non-profit or environmental sector.

• Familiar with the workings of scholarship programs, research, and restoration projects (or eager to learn!).
