📋 JOB DESCRIPTION
🏝️ KACCHAPA Resort
📌 Managing daily operation of the assigned F&B outlets.
🤝 Work closely with team members to ensure excellent service is provided to customers.
📅 Training, scheduling, and managing outlet staff.
📦 Monitoring and overseeing inventory, including food, beverages, supplies, wastage control, and equipment.
✅ Ensure health and food safety regulations are met.
🥗 Inspect food quality to ensure standards and sanitation regulations are in compliance.
🚀 Assist in monitoring staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and support development.
📑 JOB REQUIREMENTS
🕒 At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
🧠 Capable of problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
👩🍳 Preferably with managerial experience in F&B.
💻 Preferably having knowledge in managing POS systems.
