Position Overview:

The Junior Real Estate Project Fundraiser will work closely with senior fundraising professionals to help secure funding for real estate development projects. This role is ideal for individuals with an interest in real estate finance and capital raising, offering the opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. The Junior Fundraiser will assist in preparing financial documentation, researching potential investors, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising Support:

 - Assist in the preparation of fundraising materials, including pitch decks, investment proposals, and financial models.

 - Support senior fundraisers in identifying potential investors, both institutional and individual.

 - Help track the status of fundraising campaigns and communicate progress to senior management.

2. Investor Outreach:

 - Conduct research to identify and qualify new investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional partners.

 - Assist in maintaining and updating the investor database and CRM system.

 - Help organize meetings, calls, and presentations with potential investors.



3. Market Research:

 - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, potential investment opportunities, and competitor activities.

 - Assist in the preparation of reports on industry trends, financial markets, and project viability.

4. Document Preparation & Coordination:

 - Prepare financial documents and reports for internal and external use.

 - Coordinate due diligence processes and gather necessary documents for investor review.

5. Administrative Support:

 - Provide administrative assistance in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting follow-up communications.

 - Ensure that all fundraising activities are properly documented and compliant with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Experience:*

 - 1-2 years of experience in real estate, finance, investment banking, or related fields (internships or entry-level roles are acceptable).

 - Basic understanding of real estate finance, investment strategies, and market dynamics.

2. Skills:

 - Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 - Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and well-organized reports.

 - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling or real estate-specific software is a plus.

3. Education:

 - Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, economics, or a related field. Additional coursework or certifications in real estate finance are a plus.

4. Other Attributes:*

 - Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of real estate fundraising.

 - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

 - Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
