Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Manager at Qunci Villas. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operations, including managing staff, developing and maintaining beverage menus, ensuring quality customer service, and maximizing sales and profitability. The Bar Manager will also be involved in training staff, maintaining inventory, and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Food & Beverage and Sales
Training skills
Strong leadership and organizational abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of cocktail and bar operations
Hospitality or related degree/certification is a plus
