Reservations & Sales Coordinator
📝 Roles Description:
As a Reservations & Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
🌟 Managing guest reservations.
🎯 Providing exceptional customer service.
🏖️ Promoting resort offerings.
🗂️ Maintaining accurate booking records.
❓ Resolving guest inquiries or issues for a seamless experience.
🎓 Requirement:
🎓 Holds a diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
📅 Minimum 2 years of work experience in Reservations/Front Office/Revenue or Sales department.
💻 Well-developed computer skills, particularly in hotel & reservations management systems.
✔️ Accuracy in managing bookings and guest information.
🗣️ Proficient in English (a must).
💬 Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective guest interactions.
🌍 Understands and respects local culture, adaptable to a changing environment.
👔 Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
🕒 Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
