🔹 Ensure Proper HR Administration is managed and applied effectively.
🔹 Monthly HR Metrics Report to track key performance indicators.
🔹 Payroll Monitoring and Reporting for accurate payroll management.
🔹 Implement Disciplinary Actions as needed to maintain standards.
🔹 Provide Support and Guidance to the HR Team.
🔹 Assess Training Needs and oversee training programs to support development.
🔹 Oversee Performance Appraisal Systems that drive high performance.
