Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for villa rentals.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and real estate agents.
Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure bookings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for villa rentals.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
