📋 QUALIFICATIONS:

👤 Male, 28-35 years old

🎓 Minimum bachelor degree, preferably from Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent

💼 Minimum 1 year working experience as Captain/Supervisor in F&B Industry

📊 Understand and able to plan & direct the implementation of store operation strategies to achieve customer satisfaction, sales targets, and cost efficiency

👥 Able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members

⚡ Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good flexibility

🗣️ Excellent communication skills and able to build strong working relationships

🏝️ Ready and willing to be placed in Gili Trawangan, Lombok
