Responsibilities

🔧 Manage smooth restaurant operations

🗓️ Create work schedules that align with the restaurant's needs

🧼 Ensure proper restaurant and kitchen hygiene

👩‍🏫 Train and supervise both kitchen staff and service staff, providing necessary feedback

📊 Prepare daily budget reports on revenue and costs

🗣️ Communicate with diners and mitigate conflicts

📦 Organize, order, and take stock of restaurant supplies

Requirements

✅ Proven work experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years)

🤝 Demonstrated customer service skills

💰 Understanding of financial management

💻 Knowledge of restaurant management software

👥 Ability to run a team of approximately 15 people

⏰ Willingness to work flexible hours
