🔍 Roles Description:
As Reservations & Sales Support, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations, providing exceptional customer service, promoting resort offerings, maintaining accurate booking records, and resolving any guest inquiries or issues to ensure a seamless experience.
📝 Requirement:
• 🎓 Holds a diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• ⏳ Minimum 2 years of work experience in a Reservation/Front Office/Revenue or Sales department.
• 💻 Well-developed computer skills, particularly in hotel & reservation management systems.
• ✔️ Accuracy in managing bookings and guest information.
• 🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication for effective guest interactions.
• 🌍 Understands and respects local culture, able to adapt to changing environments.
• 👔 Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
• 🕒 Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
