Requirements:
Experienced with minimum 2 years of related position
Good relationship management & communication skill
Good understanding of UU Cipta Kerja and UU13 Tahun 2003 (Labor Law)
Experienced with conducting onsite recruitment with more than 50 applicants
Good communication in English will be a preferable
Conduct Onsite Recruitment or online recruitment
Reporting daily recruitment activities
Uphold compliance of organization rules and regulations
Giving counseling related to staff performance, staff behavior and career development
Provide onboarding materials and also make sure to onboard staff with a proper manner
