Job Title: Chief Accounting

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chief Accounting to lead our financial team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and growth.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Collaborate with management to develop budgets and forecasts.
Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements.
Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
Fluent in English.
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
