HR, GA, Legal, and External Relations Manager SAMORA GROUP Dompu NTB

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, legal, general affairs, or external relations roles

Proven experience in a managerial role

Preferably having experience in plantation or manufacturing industries

Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices

In-depth understanding of legal compliance and regulatory requirements

Willing to work at PT Sukses Mantap Sejahtera (Samora Group Subsidiary) in Dompu, NTB

Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with all relevant local, regional, and national laws

Maintain company records and ensure proper documentation

Handle external communications and public relations

Develop and implement CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives

Oversee facility management, including maintenance and security

Lead, mentor, and develop the support services team
