📝 Requirements:
🎓 Tourism High School Diploma or higher degrees
🌍 Preferably having work experience in Airline or Travel Industry as Ticketing staff
🗣️ Good Written and Spoken English
💻 Preferable having experience in Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus reservation systems
🔍 Attention to Details
🤝 Good Interpersonal skills
⏰ Flexible availabilities (able to work shifts, weekends, or be located at an implant office in Sumbawa)
🎯 Responsibilities:
💬 Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information
💲 Compute ticket costs, issue/reissue
🛫 Assist corporate clients, find solutions or flight options
