As the Executive Housekeeper at AYANA Komodo, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of housekeeping, ensuring that guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained. You will work closely with a team of dedicated housekeeping staff to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the housekeeping budget and ensuring that all departmental goals are met.

Requirements

Prior experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a hotel or resort setting

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred

Fluency in English and a second language is a plus

Flexibility to work in a remote and exotic location
