Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Manager at Cocana Resorts in Gili Trawangan, Lombok. The Bar Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the bar, manage staff, inventory, and quality control of beverages, and ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills

Food & Beverage and Sales skills

Experience in training staff

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent leadership and organizational abilities

Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits

Previous experience in a similar role

Hospitality or related degree/certification is a plus
