Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in any discipline with experience in Food Production & Hospitality.
More than 3-5 year of experiences as Project Manager in Mine, Oil & Gas  camp Catering company.
Has experiences handle 5.000 – 10.000 POB.
Familiar and implemented Food Hygiene Sanitation/HACCP policy & procedure
Excellent in English both spoken & writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
 

Responsibilities:

Develop Camp Management operational strategies and policies, which are needed to achieve predetermined revenue and profit targets.
Conduct data analysis to create budgets and priorities for Site division work programs, including Operational cost requirements in the department, Investment needs, Customer service needs.
Develop strategies to maintain good relationships with existing customers in the all site division.
Analyzing One of Job (OOJ) potential to increase Revenue.
Monitor customer needs and feedback to achieve customer satisfaction/KPI.
Can act as Operational Person in Charge (PJO) if KAM/Director is absent at the project location.
Control activities and operational costs so that they run according to the predetermined budget.
Carry out efficiency projects in each process in the division and monitor their realization.
Monitor operational activities of all catering sites so that they run according to food safety standards and other applicable regulations.
Develop effective and efficient Man Power Planning (MPP) requirements for the all site division.
Develop appropriate staffing plans to suit the needs of the all site division.
Monitor employee work evaluations in the division to look for employees who can be categorized as talent.
Develop employee development programs to form a talent pool.
Collaborate with the inspection team to reject or return raw material products from suppliers if they do not comply with standards.
Refuse or return products from kitchen/housekeeping & laundry if they do not comply with standards.
Stop the work process if it is deemed not in accordance with K3L regulations and has the potential to threaten work health and safety, the environment, food safety, security and company reputation in accordance with the risk matrix in the Integrated Risk Management SOP.
