Role Responsibility:
To take responsibility for implementing and managing advanced monitoring techniques to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of equipment and systems involving analysis of data from sensors and monitoring tools to detect early signs of equipment deterioration or potential failures at Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia.
To develop maintenance strategies, conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive and predictive maintenance actions to optimize plant performance, minimize downtime, and enhance safety through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
To lead troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to maintain the integrity and longevity of critical plant assets.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)
5-10 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, reliability or condition monitoring roles.
Certifications such as CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
