We are Properties / Villa Management & Marketing Company ( Esmee Estate Bali ) looking for :
Full time Quality Control for Housekeeping , Cleaning Standard and Guest Satisfactory.
Working full time :
- Monitor and manage Housekeeping Staff during work and make sure that properties are set up properly as per cleaning standard .
- Ensure the property is ready , all amenities are set up , and function well before for guests check in , and make sure property is ready to receive guests.
- Ensure guests satisfactory by assisting guests special requests prior check in and during their stay.
- Help to prepare step by step SOP for every housekeeping staff in every properties.
- Manage and Train housekeeping staff about cleaning standard , general cleaning , and deep cleaning.
- Manage and prepare a list of items that each property needs to provide for a proper cleaning.
- handling check in occasionally and reply guests messages if needs during their stay.
- Handling complaints directly if housekeeping did not do the job correctly as per standard and revise housekeeping staff procedures.
- Help to Improve services and review housekeeping staff working quality regularly.
Requirements :
- fluent in English , speaking and writing
- Good team work
- Detail oriented
- leadership skills
- communication skills
- have motorbike and able to drive.
- preferably have experience working as Housekeeping Supervisor in Hospitality industry.
- initiative, fast learners, good listener.
- experience working and handling foreign customers / client .
Location: Bumbak / Umalas
Starting Salary : 4 - 5 million IDR per month , depends on experience.
