Aussie Pies (aussiepies.id) is looking for a new member to join the young dynamic team! The candidate must be able to speak English at a reasonable level to interact with customers and management, and be willing to try new things like baking and preparing large orders
Job responsibilities
- cashier (accept and service orders, upsell)
- baking assistant (prepare pastry pie bases, fill with prepared filling and bake)
- customer service (facilitate online orders through GoFood and WhatsApp)
- attend and represent Aussie Pies at events (serving and selling pies)
- general cleaning (retail area and kitchen)
Skills
- Customer service experience
- Upsell experience
- Food preparation experience preferable but not a requirement
- English (medium conversation level)
Salary
- 2.5-3jt depending on age/experience + bpjs contribution + food allowance + sales target incentives
