🎓 Qualifications:
🎓 Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
🔹 Minimum 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant to senior executives.
💼 Initiative, Talkative, Agile, and responsible.
💬 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
🧐 Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude, and professional work ethics.
🔄 Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
💻 Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good time management skills.
📍 Placement: Badung, Bali
📝 Responsibilities:
🗓️ Manage and coordinate Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
📊 Organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all requirements are met.
🤝 Provide executive and administrative support to the Director.
🛫 Arrange Director's travel logistics including flights, visas, accommodation, and expenses.
📞 Handle incoming communications to the Director's office, including phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
📝 Secretarial support for meetings, drafting minutes, and preparing reports and presentations.
📲 Communicate important updates to the office as required by the Director.
📅 Structure calendar events and manage Director's personal driver's schedule.
