As an HR and General Affairs personnel, your responsibilities will include:

🗃️ Managing Employee Data:
Manage physical and digital records such as employment contracts and leave requests.
Update internal databases with new employee information.
📝 Administrative Documents:
Manage HR documents including onboarding guides and company policies.
Create and distribute guides and FAQ documents about company policies.

💰 Salary Management:
Collect salary data, including bank account information and days worked.
Publish and delete job vacancy advertisements.

📊 General Management:
Provide general administrative support, such as meeting schedule management, travel arrangements, and creation of custom reports (using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or HR information system).
