Position: EVENT OPERATIONAL

🔹 RESPONSIBILITIES

🧩 Identifies operational challenges and collaborates with staff and customers to find solutions or develop alternatives.

📦 Coordinates logistics with vendors and suppliers to meet all event requirements within budget and timeline constraints.

🛠️ Manages production work for assigned areas of responsibility.

🎛️ Handles multiple projects simultaneously and addresses unexpected situations on-site.

🎯 Oversees end-to-end execution of all events.

📈 Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.

👨‍💼 Provides on-site management and support during events, resolving any issues or challenges that arise.

🔹 QUALIFICATIONS

🗂️ Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✈️ Ability to travel and attend multiple events and site visits.

🌀 Multitasking skills with the ability to organize and coordinate several projects simultaneously.

📊 Proficiency in Google Spreadsheet/Excel.

⏰ Willingness to work outside traditional hours when needed.

🎉 Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events from concept to completion.

🤝 Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts and agreements.

⚡ Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

🌴 Resides in Denpasar, Bali.

💻 Owns a laptop and a vehicle.
