The ideal candidate will undertake maintenance work with respect to electrical equipment, assigned during the shift, at the Substation with focus on Medium Voltage (MV) & Low Voltage Transformer, Power Management System (PMS),Harmonic filter, Reactive compensation devices ,DC charger, UPS and Switchgear of the Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia in order to contribute towards maximising uptime.

Responsibilities

Technical know-how of transformers for power and distribution

of Installation ,commissioning and maintenance of MV & LV switch gears, MV/LV transformers, DC chargers, UPS, Variable frequency drives, relay coordination and protection, Reactive compensation circuits, MV, LV motors, PCC and MCC, earthing systems, cranes

of Troubleshooting of electrical equipment

to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics and manual related to MV/LV electrical equipment

Skilled in using different type of electrical equipment 

Qualifications

Diploma Engineer/ Trade certificate in Electrical Engineering 

3-5 years in Electrical maintenance of process plants

Basic knowledge of MV & LV Transformers, switch gears, ESPs, Servo motors and drives, Variable frequency drives, relay coordination and protection, motors, PCC and MCC, earthing systems, cranes etc.

Capability for Troubleshooting of electrical equipment

Knowledge of Inspection, repair & wiring of electrical equipment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics and manual related to MV/LV electrical equipment

Skilled in using different type of electrical equipment

Fluency in both written and spoken English; and computer literate

Willing to locate on site at Sumbawa Barat.
