Some of your duties will include:

Responsible for overseeing all architectural quality control activities within the maintenance department. This role ensures that all maintenance works meet or exceed the established standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for architectural maintenance projects.

Supervise and coordinate activities of the QC team to ensure compliance with architectural specifications and codes.

Conduct inspections and audits of ongoing maintenance projects to ensure adherence to quality standards and architectural integrity.

Collaborate with project managers and other department heads to integrate quality control measures into the overall project plans.

Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential quality issues prior to the commencement of work.

Manage and resolve any architectural-related quality issues during project execution.

Prepare and present reports on the status of quality control activities to senior management.

Train and mentor QC staff in architectural best practices and quality control measures.

Keep up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and standards in the industry.

 

What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering, or related field with minimum 8 years’ project -based construction management experience/ EPC Project or in a Mining industry or similar industry; 

Proven experience as a Supervisor – QC Architecture or similar role of which at least 5 years, with a focus on architecture, 

Strong understanding of building codes, construction details, and architectural design standards; Proficient in using architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit); has related certified experiences

Have Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.

Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality; Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, and capable of developing lateral and practical solutions; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards;
