To support our operations with a variety of projects and challenging tasks in Project Development, we are looking for highly motivated professionals and expert to fill the following positions :

Quality Inspector – Civil & Structural

Quality Inspector – Mechanical & Plumbing

Quality Inspector – Electrical & Instrumentation

Some of your duties will include:

Responsible for ensuring that all construction activities and products meet the required quality standards. The position works closely with the project team to inspect construction activities and materials to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulations. The QA & QC Inspector documents and reports non-conformances and deficiencies to the project team and works with them to address and correct any issues.

Identify and report non-conformances and deficiencies to the project team, and work with them to address and correct any issues.

Monitor the implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes, procedures, and systems.

Review and approve quality control documentation, such as inspection and test plans and quality records.

Conduct audits of the quality control documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Communicate quality control requirements to contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Provide training and support to project team members on quality assurance and quality control processes, procedures, and systems.

Ensure that all project activities comply with company policies, regulations, and standards.

What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering / Mechanical engineering/ Electrical Engineering, construction management, or related field from reputable university (Top 10 university In Indonesia);

Must have had 8 years’ experience in similar role as Inspector Quality Control/ Quality Assurance Civil & Structural/ Mechanical & Plumbing/ Electrical & Instrumentations in the construction industry - EPC and Project Development;

Relevant technical certification or associate's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field;

Excellent knowledge of technical codes and standards

Have relevant professional certification, such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor; Have knowledge and familiar with application of quality management systems, standards, and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001;

Familiarity with construction project management software and tools

Experience in conducting inspections and audits of construction activities and materials; Experience in reviewing and approving quality control documentation; Experience in identifying and reporting non-conformances and deficiencies; Experience in providing training and support to project team members on quality assurance and quality control processes, procedures, and systems.
