👨🔬 Senior Chemist Lab. (PMR)
Are you ready to support our operations with your expertise in Smelter projects? We are seeking highly motivated professionals who embrace brave thinking, foster innovation, and build collaboration for operational excellence.
📋 Responsibilities Include:
Conducting accurate and timely testing and analysis of input, output, and in-process materials at the PMR Laboratory.
Achieving productivity norms and continuously improving technical competencies.
Undertaking testing and analysis at every stage of the precious metal refining process.
🔍 Skills and Experience Required:
Graduate in Chemistry, Diploma Engineer/Trade certificate in Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a PMR laboratory.
Understanding of laboratory management systems and copper smelting operations.
Knowledge of quality systems, analytical tools, and techniques.
Familiarity with lab instruments like ICP, AAS, XRF, S-OES, Fire Assay, Titration.
Strong planning, organization, and analytical decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a team, collaborate effectively, and manage conflicts.
Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and time management skills.
